Announcements

  • Drs. Keith Hullenaar and Fred Rivara, along with their colleagues, published a paper titled "Changes in Youth Mental Health Following a School Lockdown due to Violent and Firearm-Related Threats." Watch the accompanying YouTube short here.
  • ThuyMi Phung's undergraduate thesis titled "The Armed Home and Support for Trump: Predictors of Americans’ Attitudes Towards Gun Violence" was published recently in the Journal of Integrated Social Sciences. 
  • The "End the Violence" conference in Spokane, WA announced it will be taking place February 24-25. Read more about it here.

  • FIPRP has a SharePoint that we are hoping will help facilitate the sharing of resources. We currently have a methods folder which includes resources and guidance on topics like data visualization, qualitative methods, and survey methods among other resources for FIPRP outreach.
